Since I was happy with the first lamp cover I made, I just had to try and crochet a cover for the bigger lamp in my living room. Used a thinner paper yarn. Not so happy about this one. Honestly I think it looks like a fishing net.. π But quite nice when I turn on the light.
I used yarn Paulina and hook nr 5. |
I felt like changing the lamp in my hall and I crocheted a cover for it made by Raffia paper yarn. I used no pattern, but I had to crochet the cover in two parts and stich the parts together direct on the lamp. I had som raffina yarn I bought some years ago. I used about 70 meters of raffina yarn. Crochet needle number 8 and a really big sewing-needle π
I moved this summer, and now I have to take a ferry to work each day. The ferry-trip takes 23 minutes which gives me time to crochet π
So I made a bag to put my crochet stuff in so it would be easy to move it from my flat in to my car og back.
I wanted to crochet a blanket made in a special soft and thick yarn. I love the pattern with bubbles and wanted to use this again. Since the colours I opted for (lilac) were sold out, I had to choose another colour combinationπ
