More beanie hats

I never seem to have enough beanie hats, I make them in many different colours - and some I give away.

Chrocheted animal

I have chrocheted a animal  for my little 2-year old nephew. He is soon moving into a new room, and I thought I would make something to put on the shelf. It was supposed to be a duck, but the yarn I used has made it to..someother kind of bird or animal.... or maybe even a snowman?

The eyes, feet and beak is chrocheted and stiched on before I stuffed it.

Old jacket becomes new

I have had this jacket and skirt suit for at least 7 - 8 years, and I like it a lot. I have used the skirt a lot lately, but I felt that the jacket really needed an update. So I have changed it.

My "new" jacket, Chanel style. I have stiched on crocheted ribbons.





I crocheted ribbons using yarn Drops Alpacca Boucle

The ribbons are about 3 cm wide. They are crocheted by working 3 dc/sc each row. When finished I worked one row at the edge (the longside of the ribbon).



I stiched the ribbons on to the jacket by hand. I also removed the buttons. 



Yes, I just had to make a hat to match my "new" jacket.

I have decided not to do any changes with the skirt just now. Maybe later on.
